Who We Are

OUR school

OUR mission

OUR mission

Roosevelt Public School is a Pre-K through fifth grade Choice School in the historic Borough of Roosevelt in western Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our school was built at the founding of our town (1936-1937), designed by Louis Kahn, and enhanced by an extraordinary WPA mural painted by Ben Shahn and Bernarda Bryson. Dedicated staff, small class size and community support are among the hallmarks of our amazing school. RPS provides "creative Arts and Music programs across all grade levels" and an "inquiry-based Science and Mathematics curriculum."  Small class sizes enable RPS "to nurture and challenge the unique potential of every child as life-long learners and leaders."

OUR mission

OUR mission

OUR mission

The mission of the Roosevelt Public School Education Foundation (RPSEF) is to support the students and staff of the Roosevelt Public School (RPS) by providing programs, equipment, training, and other resources that will support the mission of the school in educating our children to be independent and creative thinkers, skillful communicators, and lifelong learners.
